Relevant Experience

Since inception, Le Grove Landscaping has completed several multi-faceted projects, which have consisted of a full range of landscape design, hard and soft landscape construction.

Fundamentally, we do business collaboratively, working alongside landscape architects to guarantee design expectations of the project are being met.
Additionally, owner and managing director Jane Le Grove has extensive previous experience in the WA landscaping industry where she has been involved with many large commercial landscaping projects since 2004 ranging in value from $150,000 to $4 million.
Projects completed by Le Grove Landscaping during the last 12 months are showcased below and to the right. These projects cover a large variety of activities and disciplines.


Ursula Frayne Catholic College

$390,000 Completed February 2017

Design and construct landscape in collaboration with Realm Studio and the Ursula Frayne Catholic College to create an entry statement and an exciting playground for their newly completed pre-school.

The construction included extensive earthworks, working with various levels to create a playground including a bike track and “pitstop”, children’s play court, rock retaining walls, running rock river and water play, nature play and a mini football pitch – all aimed to keep children from 3-9 entertained for hours.

Silver Chain Exercise Park

$155,000, Completed August 2016

Le Grove Landscaping worked closely with the Silver Chain staff to deliver this very exciting project.   Purpose built to enable their elderly clients to “work out” in a private exercise area especially designed to assist with sight impaired and those clients facing early dementia.

Our works included the installation drainage systems, limestone wall planters, fencing and paving.  Soft fall and shade sails installed over the exercise equipment.  We also had some timber planters fabricated for those wanting to do some gardening and some timber seating for clients to sit quietly.

Planting included several deciduous trees and native shrub planting.


Holy Cross College – stage 4

$387,000 Stage 4, Completed August 2016

Working closely with Absecon we carried out extensive landscaping for this large new School located in Ellenbrook.

Our works included importing and installation of 800m3 of imported soil and mulch, extensive planting of over 4,000 plants, and 150 trees.   The landscape included installation of large feature Toodyay Stone Boulders and imported play equipment.


Morrison Oval Re-development

Shire of Kalamunda
$600,000 – completed June 2016

Le Grove Landscaping worked closely with our partners to complete this oval redevelopment.

Since commencing this project with the Shire of Kalamunda in mid March, things have come along nicely.  We’ve cleared scrub, work through 2200m3 cut and fill, and brought in 4000m3 of imported soil and 1.4 tonnes of Terracottem soil conditioner.    Finally completed the installation of irrigation and 15,600m2 of turf for handover to the Shire in June 2016.


Governor Stirling Senior High School Oval

$320,000 Stages 1 & 2 Completed November 2015

Le Grove Landscaping worked closely with All Earth Group to accelerate the program to Install the irrigation system and 18,000m2 of Turf to this redeveloped oval within a 3-week timeframe – which was achieved.
The second stage included installation of concrete edging, clean up and planting of 13,000 tubestock into existing swales and drainage basins.

Mary Street Piazza

Mary Street Piazza

$320,000 Completed 30th October 2015

Le Grove Landscaping won this tender and as head contractor was responsible for the full program to install this new piazza for the City of Vincent.

Works included demolition of road and car parks, installation of storm water drainage, electrical system and lighting, water meter relocations, formed concrete walls, highly glazed masonry walls, concrete paths, steel and timber shade structure with shade sales, irrigation and mature tree planting. Completed before the 30th October, in time for the Beaufort Street Festival held in November.


32 St Georges Terrace

$85,000 Completed June 2015

Le Grove Landscaping worked closely with Probuild for the installation of the entry statement at this busy site, for the duplication an office tower for the Golden Group.  This included the fabrication of 5 precast black polished concrete seats which were craned into position with very tight access.   We installed drainage systems to planters on slab and installed irrigation and mature trees and shrubs to complete the works.

Willeton Senior High school

$290,000 Stage 1, 2 & 3 Completed 31st March 2015

Le Grove Landscaping was involved with high level programming with Cockram Construction to install all the soft landscaping for the school’s new Year 7 and manual arts buildings to deliver the project on time.

Our works included importing and installation of 800m3 of imported soil, extensive planting of over 20,000 plants, and 40 trees including installation of a large mature tree as a feature. This was then followed by concrete edging and turf installation.
